Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for managing all facets of the drilling program for mid-continent and Rockies operations. Responsibilities will include well planning and design, monitoring the drilling phase, troubleshoot unexpected complications and ensure that operations are cost effective and tracked to meet projected scheduled targets. This position will work with field employees and contract vendors; therefore, must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff. Qualified candidates will have strong organizational and computer skills, and a successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to execute projects and deliver economically and technically sound results. Travel to field locations will be required as needed (approximately 10% a month). Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8 years experience and a B.S. degree in Engineering will be required.
